What sizes are available / is bespoke an option?

Our standard postal cartons align with the current Royal Mail postal classification. Large letter cartons sit within the required large letter dimensions of 353mm x 250mm x 25mm. These follow the C sizes, as seen in envelopes. We offer C6, C5 and C4 size postal cartons in both landscape and portrait opening orientation. The next size range up is the Small Parcel range. These postal cartons are within dimensions of 450mm x 350mm x 80mm.

Bespoke sizes are no problem at all. Let us know the size you need, and we'll be able to send you a made-to-measure sample. You can even send us the products to be housed, and we'll come up with the best design possible. You'll be talked through the board options and together we'll make sure the specification is right for your products.

What are my printing options?

We specialise in printed mailing cartons, and there are a few methods available to add branding and logos. Screen printing a single colour is justifiably popular - with the simplicity of white and black print on Kraft material never failing to impress. We also offer blind embossing, using a heavy metal plate and sinking logos and text into the box surface. Paper over board is available to use for full-colour designs. Rather than print on the box itself, we use printed paper and wrap it across the box surface. Not only does that give you 100% coverage, but the extra layer of full-colour paper doubles up to provide the box with even more strength.
